Concentrated Metal Surface Preparer

OPTICIDE POWERSOL: Used to remove oil, rust, and dirt from metal surfaces before painting and coating. It microscopically penetrates the metal surface before coating, preparing it for paint or a protective oil to be applied. It phosphates the surface micron-wide, ensuring better paint adhesion.
It successfully prepares metal for painting and leaves no residue on the surface after rinsing.

It is used to remove rust and mold residues formed due to atmospheric conditions from sheet metal, platinum, steel profiles, and many other metals, preparing them for painting. It is safely used to remove rust residue from parts subject to dust, dip, or wet painting, preparing them for painting.

It is used by wiping to remove degreasing from sheet metal before painting.

It is used safely to clean metal parts rusted for various reasons after machining.

It is used safely to clean the rusted exterior surfaces of molds used in the rubber and plastic industries.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTICIDE POWERSOL: 1/5 for dipping DKP sheet metal, 1/10 for wiping DKP sheet metal, 1/20 for dipping aluminum, and 1/30 for wiping aluminum. Its concentrated formula allows for dilution between 1/5 and 1/30 with water. Maintaining the cleaning temperature at 55°C increases cleaning power. Rinsing after cleaning removes unwanted residue. Do not use on polished or chrome-plated metal molds. The immersion tank must be non-metallic.

DOUBLE USE
1/5-1/30 for dilution with water.
