Heavy Duty Dirt and Grease Remover for Floor Cleaning Machines​

OPTIMAT ACTIVE is a concentrated, foam-controlled industrial cleaner containing a water-soluble, environmentally friendly solvent that removes mineral/synthetic oil, grease, rubber, and water-soluble dirt from all hard surfaces in all industrial areas.
It is safely used in automatic floor cleaning machines for cleaning glossy floors in shopping malls, for cleaning oil and dirt residues from hard surfaces such as concrete, tile, PVC, epoxy, and ceramic, and for cleaning surfaces coated with crystallized polish such as marble or travertine. It does not leave a sticky residue on the surface. It is safely used in slaughterhouses and meat processing plants for cleaning oil and blood residues from floors and machine surfaces, on rubber or plastic conveyor belts, plastic surfaces, ceiling coverings, and PVC doors and windows. It is suitable for wet mop and disc washing systems. It is effective even on mineral oils.
It is suitable for disposal with oil separators. It leaves a pleasant scent after application. It is safely used to prevent slag from adhering to the welding surfaces during gas shielded welding by applying it to the welding surfaces before the welding process.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTIMAT ACTIVE is suitable for cleaning by spraying, dipping, wiping, wet mopping, and floor cleaning with automatic cleaning machines. It is added to the clean water tank of automatic machines as needed. It is used in concentrated form on heavily soiled, oily, and tire-marked surfaces. It should be used at a minimum dosage on sensitive surfaces.

USAGE AMOUNT
It is used diluted with water at a ratio of 1/2 to 1/60 depending on the level of soiling. It is used undiluted for heavy soiling.
