Textile Softener Hydrophilic Micro Emulsion Silicone

OPTISOFT HS 500 is a modified, self-dispersing polyether-aminofunctional liquid silicone oil microemulsion that provides hydrophilic (water-absorbing) properties and softening. Its long-lasting hydrophilic properties give woven and knitted products a silky, flexible, and smooth touch.

OPTISOFT HS 500 is used as a textile softener to provide a soft touch and hydrophilicity in fabric finishing applications.
OPTISOFT HS 500 formulations are used as fillers in exhaust processes and can also be used alone or in combination with organic fabric softeners, polyethylene waxes, and other finishing agents. Compatibility should be tested on a case-by-case basis.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

OPTISOFT HS 500 should be diluted with soft water to prepare finishing solutions.
The recommended dilution ratio is 1:1 to 1:4 (emulsion:water). Diluted solutions can be applied by filling or exhaust methods.
For the filling method, the recommended application rate is around 10-30 g/l, depending on the desired final effect.
For the exhaust method, 1-3% OPTISOFT HS 500 solution can be used depending on the weight of the textile.

USAGE AMOUNT

The ratio is 1:1 to 1:4 (emulsion:water). Depending on the need, 10-30 g/l of the product can be used for the filling method, and 1-3% OPTISOFT HS 500 solution can be used for the exhaust method, depending on the weight of the textile.
