Silicone-Free Mold Release Agent
REMOLD PS 990-20 is a special solvent-based mold release agent used in cold and hot mold casting processes up to 800°C, in the manufacture of brake discs, wheels, cylinders, bobbins, rollers, spools, rods, strips, insulation gaskets and similar equipment based on a specially developed hard or porous polyurethane (PU) system.
REMOLD PS 990-20 is used safely in the production of batteries and battery groups, especially in the automotive and building material industries, in the production of heating and cooling groups, elevators, moving stairs, laboratory devices and special ovens, in the production of PVC doors and windows, in the production of panels and sandwich panels, and in the production of NDI and TDI polyurethane, polyurethane slippers, soles, furniture, polyester, rubber, plastic, wood-looking polyurethane and composite products.
REMOLD PS 990-20 enables the parts to be removed from the mold quickly and without any damage, with the finest detail, without any additional processing.

It is applied by spraying with an air gun, by spraying or by brush.

APPLICATION
REMOLD PS 990-20It is applied directly onto the mold by spraying with an air gun, spraying or applying with a brush.
REMOLD PS 990-20For the best mold release effect, it should be applied evenly on the mold surface and form a thin layer.
When applied with an air gun, it is recommended to apply 0.5-0.8 bar pressure in the air gun tank, 1.5-2.0 bar for spraying and use a nozzle with a diameter of 0.3-0.5 mm.
Since it contains solvents, necessary safety precautions should be taken during use.
