Food Industry, Active Oxygen Based, Alkaline Solution, Cleaning Efficiency Enhancer, Powder Additive
STABILAD OXO is used in the beverage industry to address organic contamination problems by adding it to all alkaline cleaning solutions (e.g., LEVALINE, LEVALINE CIP, STABISOL POWER, LEVALINE SSP/DC/S14), thus dissolving residues through oxidation.
STABILAD OXO is primarily used with hot alkaline cleaning solutions to clean stubborn organic residues in filters, filter cloths, plate heaters, concentrate (flavor) coolers, Whirlpools, fruit presses, and other apparatus and barrels.
STABILAD OXO does not damage chrome nickel steel or materials resistant to alkaline solutions that oxidize in hot environments.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
STABILAD OXO is added to the total volume of the alkaline cleaning solution at a rate of 1-2% (e.g., 1% MIP + 1% STABILAD OXO). This solution exhibits the active oxygen-based STABILAD OXO effect when its temperature rises above 50°C.
STABILAD OXO is not recommended for use in completely closed systems, as oxygen release will create pressure. A system capable of relieving the pressure generated by STABILAD OXO must be in place during application.
USAGE AMOUNT
Add 1-2% to the total volume of the alkaline cleaning solution.
