Active Oxygen-Based, Weakly Acidic, Cleaning Efficiency Enhancing, Additive to Alkaline Solutions

STABILAD OZONE is a primary or secondary additive to caustic detergents used in the food and beverage industry for cleaning heavy oily dirt.

STABILAD OZONE is a high-concentration liquid additive that enhances the dirt-removing power of caustic soda when added at temperatures above 70°C in CIP applications where organic dirt is a problem.

When added as an additive to caustic detergents, STABILAD OZONE increases the detergent's properties more than when the detergent is used alone; this reduces cleaning time.

It is very effective in cleaning organic dirt; it increases process efficiency.

It is suitable for automatic dosing, and the product is delivered to the system at the appropriate rates by connecting caustic soda and additive pumps. Care must be taken to deliver the required dosage to the CIP system; the oxygen produced is dispersed into the air by ventilation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The general usage rate of STABILAD OZONE is 0.2-2.0%. It is added to caustic soda at a temperature between room temperature and 70°C. The exact dosage varies depending on the type of dirt and application method.

STABILAD OZONE should be added carefully to a well-ventilated CIP system and equipment to be cleaned; it should not create pressure in the system.

Solutions containing STABILAD OZONE must be thoroughly rinsed from surfaces that will come into contact with food and beverages after use.
