Silicone Mold Release Spray

MR 900 prevents the part from sticking to the mold by forming a thin film layer between the mold and the manufactured product. It allows the part to be easily separated from the mold without deformation or staining the surface. It ensures easy separation of the part from the mold and high part quality in rubber, plastic, and casting applications. It reduces waste caused by incorrect casting. It saves labor with a lower rate of defective prints.
It is used as a release agent and silicone-based lubricant in molds of products such as polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylic, polyurethane, HIPS, bakelite, natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, fluorosilicone polymers, and the like.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake well before use. Spray from a distance of 20 cm onto the surface to be treated (mold, any surface that can be lubricated with silicone, etc.).

USAGE AMOUNT
Used by spraying onto the surface.
