OPTIGARD® SONIC 911 NAWS is designed for pre-cleaning and decontamination of instruments in ultrasonic baths.
OPTIGARD® SONIC 911 NAWS is used in pharmaceutical production and in the maintenance of parts and equipment for cleaning various components.
It is effective in removing oils, greases, carbon residues, various oxides, particulate matter and various other contaminants from steel, ceramics, glass and other compatible materials.
It is ideal for cleaning heavy oils, greases, tripolymer, ceramics, ceramic dust, porcelains, lubricants, polishing and grinding compounds, fingerprints, airborne contaminants, light silicone oils, ink stains, glassware, metals, plastics, rubber and fiberglass contaminants.
It is used to prevent stains from drying before the cleaning process. It protects the surface from rust and corrosion.
OPTIGARD® SONIC 911 NAWS is a superior and powerful alkaline cleaner containing corrosion inhibitors to prevent corrosion of metals.
It is an excellent alternative to corrosive acids and hazardous solvents. It is a product with exceptional dissolving power on dirt and greasy substances.
It is VOC-free. It does not contain hydrocarbon solvents, is biodegradable, and minimizes excessive hazards for personnel during material handling.
3% dilution rate, 15-minute contact time
Compatible with a wide range of materials.
Nitrosamine-free. Does not contain the nitrosamines listed below.

N-nitrosodiisopropylamine (NDIPA)
N-nitroso-N-methyl-4-aminobutanoic acid (NMBA)
1-methyl-4-nitrosopiperazine (MNP)

AREAS OF USE

OPTIGARD ® SONIC 911 NAWS, ultrasonic cleaner; is used in pharmaceutical production and maintenance; for cleaning various components such as filling valves, vitamin molds, solid dosing devices, tablet punches and molds, steel tubes, nozzles, filters, rubber stoppers, oral liquid bottles, vials, large infusion bottles, etc.

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY

OPTIGARD® SONIC 911 NAWS is safe on cast iron, steel, stainless steel, glass, plastics, ceramics, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, beryllium, plastics, hard rubber products and various metals when used according to the instructions.
